Three Chun is an undergarment manufacturing factory that specializes in customized undergarment production. We have no intermediaries and engage directly with businesses to provide customized production services. We manufacture excellent products, and style designs of custom underwear for women, men, and children.
Where Is Your Men or Women Custom Underwear Factory Located?
Our factory is located in DongGuan City, Guangdong Province, China. You can fly to SHENZHEN International Airport, and we will pick you up. We welcome all of our clients to come to our factory. Before you come to our factory, please call us for an appointment in advance. During your visit, please let us know your demands.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom undergarments?
Typically we need a minimum of 500 units per design to make custom undergarments. Of course, that all depends on how complicated the design and the fabric material are. For more details contact us: you will get more detailed information about your order concerning payment conditions for bulk orders.
How will I pay for bulk orders?
We typically collect 50% advance before commencing the production process, and the remaining 50% payment is due before shipping after completing the orders. Discussion details can be outlined for the discussions during order confirmation.
How do you pack in your factory?
We provide green, bespoke packaging solutions; and every undergarment is packed according to the client’s stipulation. You may either opt for the brand packaging or plain boxes which would ensure that your product would get well-packed for transportation and delivery.
How do you process the delivery?
For faster delivery, we offer express shipping through UPS, DHL, FedEx, or TNT, with door-to-door service. This option usually takes 3 to 5 days. We collaborate with these reliable shipping agencies to ensure timely delivery anywhere in the world. Once we have completed the order production, we carefully package the items and send them via your preferred shipping method, giving you tracking information on the shipment.
If you are ordering goods in large quantities and do not need them urgently, shipping by sea is a cost-effective option. It typically takes about one month for delivery. Alternatively, we can arrange air cargo shipments, which require you to collect the goods at the airport, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 7 days depending on the destination. No matter what delivery way, depending on your actual requirements.
Does Three Chun offer design assistance on a custom order?
Yes, the in-house design team provides professional design assistance. We work very closely with you to make you custom patterns, styles, and fits so your custom sportswear or custom underwear meets specific requirements as set forth by your target market.
Do you offer a volume discount policy?
We are just as cost-effective on price, and yes, we do offer volume discounts. The rate of discount depends on the size of the order and the levels required for customizations. You just have to talk with our sales team for a quote that suits the best for your volume.
